About Us

The objects for which the Company is established are all or any of the following provided that all objects will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission form the Government/ Concerned authority/ competent authority before commencement of business:

1. To established and maintain world class PET Bottle manufacturing plant.
2. To carry on the business of PET Bottle marketing the produces thereof.
3. To produce and preserve, by eternal and modern method and to arrange for export & import of the same in Bangladesh or abroad.
4. To set up and establish world class PET Bottle manufacturing factory. To import all sorts of machinery and equipments necessary for establishment and maintenance of modern world class PET Bottle.
5. To carry on the business of manufacturing, marketing of the PET Bottle.
6. To carry on the business of Manufacturing of all types of PET Bottle for pharmaceuticals percept packager food products specially fruit Juice, Jam, Jelly, Orange, Squash, Slice Pineapple Cane, Different types of achare (hot and sweet) by the pickle sliced, Lemon, Tomato & Cleric.
7. To carry on the business of manufacturing of PET Bottle for packaging of pure Mineral water, different types of biscuits, Chocolates, Chan chore, Noodles, for local Consumption and export also.
8. To promote, develop, enhance or establish any other companies firms, industrial units, mills, factories, plants, godowns, shops, show rooms, office buildings or concern to carry out any of the objects of the company or for the purpose of acquiring all or any of the business properties rights or liabilities of the company or any other industrial and commercial ventures for the purpose of local consumption or export and import purpose which may seem direct or indirect benefit of the company.
9. To carry on the business as manufactures buyers sellers, importers, exporters & PET Bottles.
10. To purchase, take on lease, hire, build or otherwise acquire vehicles of any or every sort of descriptions for use of land, water or in the air, ships, vessels, launches, barges and river crafts, of any kind and to carry on the business of private & public carrier by land, water and air in Bangladesh or elswhere and to own trucks, buses, lorries, motor car of any other transport and use any employes of the same, any business purpose of the company may from time deployees of the sale let, charther, lease or otherwise dispose of the said vehicles required by the company.
11. To establish, maintain and manage Automatic PET Bottle manufacturing Unit.
12. To appoint or engage distributors, dealers, agents, wholesalers and/or retailers to distribute or sell the products of the company to the consumers/customers.
13. To establish marketing- and sales centers to promote the products of the Company.
14. To undertake all kinds of business including manufacturing, production, distribution, commission agency and exporter, importer suppliers of all essential products mass consumption goods, trading items and contracts to and from domestic and international market.
15. To do all or any of the above things in any part of the world and either as principals, agents, trustees or other bodies and either alone or in conjunction with others and by or through agents, sub-contractors, managing agents, trustees or other bodies.
16. To carry on the business of purchasing and importing of all kinds of PET Bottle manufacturing machinery spare parts, raw materials, chemicals and all other materials for the purpose of the business of the company.
17. To carry on the business of general trading, export and import of all commercial/ industrial permissible items, dealers, indenture, manufacturing, contractor, general supplier, buying and selling agent, wholesale and distributors dealers, carrying of all and every kind of general and special products, goods, substance & materials.
18. To carry on business and to act as traders, manufacture’s representative merchants, marketing agents, commission agents, shipping agent, clearing and forwarding (C & f) agents, stockiest and sales of any product or service of Bangladesh company or of any foreign company in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
19. To take license, permission, acquire take on lease or exchange or any other law full manner from govt. organization, authorities, private organizations, international organizations or any other organization as a builders, contractors, suppliers and allied business.
20. To carry on the business of real estate, builders, engineers, architects, constructions.
21. To purchase, acquire, take on lease, or in exchange or in an any other a fulmanner, any other, land, buildings, structures and to turn the same into account, develop the same and dispose of or maintain the same and to build townships, gardens, towns, markets, housing estates, residential houses, bungalows or other building or conveniences, thereon and to equip the same or any part with all or any amenities or conveniences drainage facility, electricity, water supply, sewerage installations and to deal with the same in any manner.
22. To cat as professional consultants or otherwise inside or outside Bangladesh and to do research work on consultancy and publication.
23. To act as consultant for drawing schemes and preparing feasibility report for projects of all kinds such as civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical, industrial, mining, metallurgical, geological, hydrological, horticultural, drainage, sanitation, water supply water-treatment and town planning.
24. To act as architects, engineers, planners, economists and consultants for all types of infrastructure projects, industrial projects agricultural projects, rural development projects for clients in the private and government sector for undertaking design, planning, feasibility’s, construction supervision or undertaking of such projects.
25. To early on the business of travel agent, shipping agent, air freight agent.
26. To enter into joint venture, partnership or into any agreement for sharing profit union of interest, co-operation or otherwise with any person or company carrying on or engaged in any business or transaction capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly benefit this company.
27. To carry on business in Bangladesh or any where outside Bangladesh as merchant, general indenture, commission agents, order suppliers, manufacturers, representative, importers, exporters, wholesalers, retailers, stockiest, shippers, buyers, sellers f goods commodities of all kinds and description whether manufactured, finished or partly finished.
28. To draw, make, accept, discount, execute and issue bills of exchange promissory notes, bill of lading or any other negotiable or transferable instrument.
29. To manage, improve, develop, sell, exchange, lease, mortgage and dispose of turn to account or otherwise deal with the property or the company.
30. To advance money of the company not immediately required in such manner as may from time to time be determined by the Directors of the Company.
31. To borrow or raise and secure the payment of loans or debts in such manner as the Directors may think fit and proper and in particular by these issue of undertaking of the company or any part of its assets and property both present and future including the uncalled capital of the company for the time being or any other property or rights of the company and with such security and on such manner as may be agreed upon between the lender and the lender and the Directors of the Company and to supply the same for all or any of the purposes of the Company.
32. To buy, sell, dispose or otherwise deal with any shares, securities, which may be acquired by this company and in such manner as the Directors may think fit and proper.
33. To create and issue different classes of shares, stocks, and to redeem cancel accept, surrender any share, stocks.
34. To open and establish at any other place such branch, agencies or local board for the management of any business of the Company as may be determined by the Company from time to time.
35. To pay all costs, charges, legal, expenses, preliminary expenses required for the purpose of carrying on the business of the company.
36. To carry on any other business both commercial and industrial that may seem to the company capable of being conveniently carried on including that of indenting, clearing and forwarding in connection with the above or calculated directly or indirectly to enhance the value or render profitable of the company property or rights.
37. To amalgamate with any other company firm or body corporate formed and registered in Bangladesh or elsewhere established with objects similar to those of the company.
38. To train or pay for training in Bangladesh or abroad any of the Company’s Directors, employees or any other person in the interest and for the furtherance of the Company’s business.
39. To subscribe or contribute from time to time to promote, organize or establish any charitable fund, institution, establishment, foundations or trust of a public nature for humanitarian ground or social utility or to promote the interest of the Company.
